Kimberly has over 25 years of Account Service, Marketing, Staffing and Recruiting experience.
She started her career in Advertising in New York City at Saatchi & Saatchi and worked for several other agencies in both NYC and Chicago before transitioning into staffing for Robert Half International. While at RHI, Kimberly ranked in the top 3% in marketing and creative placement for The Creative Group for six consecutive years and attended Reach for the Stars for Robert Half five years in a row for both leadership and sales.
Kimberly resides in the Chicago suburbs with her three daughters and Australian Labradoodles. When she's not working, Kimberly loves to ski, read, travel and just hang with her kids.

Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience in advertising, recruiting and staffing.
Beginning her career at Leo Burnett, Elizabeth worked with some of the most creative and innovative teams and brands in the world. Elizabeth spent time in Los Angeles working in music post production; selling and developing outstanding relationships with some of America's top ad agencies -- and meeting a few celebrities along the way. Elizabeth combined her love of helping people and advertising when she moved into staffing. At Robert Half International, she met her soon -to-be-business partner while teammates at The Creative Group. Elizabeth consistently ranked in the top 5% of sales and received numerous awards, trips and accolades from both management and her peers.
Starting Kickstart was a life-long dream for Elizabeth. Allowing her to stretch her entrepreneurial skills and create a path that married hard work and family life. Elizabeth is an advocate and cheerleader for working parents.
Elizabeth lives in the West Suburbs of Chicago with her gaggle of children and husband. When not working, you can find her playing tennis and on outdoor adventures with her family.
